Resource management is the key to keeping your project on track. It ensures that you have the right people, materials and finances in order to carry out your plan. It’s like having the right fuel for your engine. No fuel? No power. Period.

Add to that the complexity of the digital world where technology, user expectations and the competitive landscape all change constantly. There are many teams, high churn, and limited supply of emerging tech.

What does a Resource Manager do?
A resource manager oversees the allocation of resources (predominantly people of different skill sets, often at various levels) to multiple projects.
