1-hour ceremony rehearsal the day before in the AM
Ceremony Planning Fee: $1200 + HI Tax (up to 2 hours on-site)Ceremony & Reception Planning Fee: $3500 + HI Tax (up to 8 hours on-site)
“Day of” Coordinator
My contribution as a “day of” wedding planner includes more than just coordinating on the day of your wedding. You can CC me on any emails to vendors that you’re communicating with and I’ll chime in if I find an error or a way to improve the timeline.I will be just a phone call or email away to help guide you through the planning process.
Your Responsibilities:
Organizing your wedding plan.
Applying for applicable permits as required by the State of Hawaii.
Obtaining marriage license.
Booking and payment of all vendors.
Update coordinator on all vendor bookings and timing.
Handle any required contracts.
My Responsibilities:
On site coordination.
Provide planning guidance.
Confirmation of vendors and services (day before the wedding).
Create a timeline for the day.
