Welcome to a brand-new exam – Oracle Talent Management Cloud 2017, Implementation Essentials. The exam code is 1Z0-966. Candidates will need to answer 70 multiple-choice questions within two hours. The Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Release 12 has validated the 1Z0-966 exam.

Succession Plans & Talent Pools (describe and manage talent pools integration, succession plans, and talent pools).
Talent Review (conduct a talent assessment, manage talent review data, and review an action plan).
The Oracle Talent Management Cloud 2017 Certified Implementation Specialist certification is also associated with the 1Z0-966 exam. It is for individuals with a solid foundation and expertise in selling and installing Oracle HCM Cloud Service solutions.
